HFT – Hypertrophy and Rise of the Chaos Wizards!

Continuing from my previous post, here I show you one of my hypertrophy sessions. I was pressed for time so the video is missing a row variation and a a trap movement, but besides that it covers the basis of what all my hypertrophy days might look like.

I’ve just got hold of Gloryhammers new album “Space: 1992” so I was blasting that (mixed with the Tales of the Kingdom of Fife) throughout the session and I’v got to say I was not disappointed, Gloryhammer are and continue to be pure unadulterated nerd power metal, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. From the very beginning of the album you’re drawn in with “Rise of the Chaos Wizards” and from there you’re taken on (another) epic quest through the Darkstorm Galaxy riding with the Questlords of Inverness and the Heroes of Dundee. All in all another cracking album, my inner nerd has been satiated.
