This can range from anything to technique/skill acquisition and honing, to essentially a brief consultation to pick my brain and get some insights on your fitness related goals.
Sessions typically last one hour but may go over if necessary.
Train with a small group of likeminded folk with the same or similar goals. The environment this generates is unbeatable. You will always have someone spurring you on and pushing you to get the most out of yourself.
The groups train 4 times per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Times/Slots vary from early morning to late evening; 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
